Lindsey is a strange person. She is usually very upbeat and hyperactive for someone who had such a terrible past. She always has a smile on her face. But don't let the sweet disposition fool you. Looks can be deceiving. She has a really bad temper. She cannot stand to be around arrogant people and will cut them down to size. She may be small and innocent, but she can hold her own in a fight. She's brutally honest and sarcastic. She is really only friendly toward the band that she works for. She can be called one of the guys. Lindsey was born and raised in a small town in Arizona. She was the second child born to Alyssa and Jacob Owens. Her sister Brittany was older by two years. Her father worked as a lawyer and her mother was a high school teacher. She lived in a middle class family and everything seemed to be fine. But by the time Lindsey was twelve, things took a turn for the worse. Her father had began coming home later and later every night. Her mother grew sick of it and divorced him. She left and took Brittany away to live with him. Soon after she left, things got better. Turns out her father had been given a new job and the hours were long. She saw him now and then when the hours were stable. She practically raised herself. During her sophomore year of high school, she gained a new group of friends. They enjoyed music and a few had even had a band. She became close friends with a boy. He was the oldest of the three boys in the group. The group consisted of the three boys and four girls including Lindsey. She hung out with them at the boy's house when her father was at work. He taught her how to play drums and soon they started dating. He was only older than her by two years. Making him a senior at the school. They dated for almost a year before things grew sour.

He had stopped contacting her right before he graduated. The night after the senior graduation, the boy held a huge party. Lindsey was invited and everything seemed alright. But that night he started acting strangely. Sure around everyone they acted like a couple. But he had cornered her in a room and she ended up getting raped that night. After that night, he had broke up with her and her father had caught word of this at his work. He took all his rage out on Lindsey, abusing her both physically and emotionally. He blamed her for what happened and that she had disobeyed him by dating the boy. He never once thought of the worse choice. He figured she only did it with him to get back at her father. But that was not what happened. When she was seventeen, she was taken away by social services. She was placed in foster care until she was eighteen. That's when she went off to live on her own. She soon caught word of an opening for crew members in a new band called Drops of Jupiter. She went to some of their shows and had heard their music through some new friends. She approached the band and asked to be a drum tech. Not soon after asking, she was brought on tour with them. She soon forgot about her terrible life and felt like a new person on tour. She is no longer scared, or so she acts like it. She felt at home on tour and vowed that afterwards, she would never go back to that wretched town.
