He doesn‘t care about anyone’s opinions, because they don’t matter, unless they are smart. Even though he is gay, he knows he can make it through life. People judge him, which bugs Kendal. No one knows the real him, how he was abused as a child, how he went from school to school because of his parents. He knows that the band always needs him, no matter what. But he doesn’t like their crazy parties. He doesn’t like that the lead singer is an addict. His life is a challenge, just to take care of the band. In fact, his life revolves around what the band does. Kendal loves the band members, but he has a hidden crush on the guitar tech.

Kendal was born in the town of parties, the town that is a club itself, Vegas. His mother had given birth to him on April 15, at 11:37 at night. He was 6 pounds, 3 ounces, and was very small. He grew up around drugs, alcohol, and not enough money. His parents would always go spend their money on booze, and drugs. On Kendal’s 4th birthday, his mother had killed herself, for no reason. Kendal was abused from that point on. His father blamed him for her slicing her throat open. Yet really they found out that she was so high, she thought she was already dead. When Kendal finally got to the age where he could get a job, and he went to work at Wal-Mart. He got paid enough for him to save up for an apartment. He came home from work one day, to find his father having sex with the neighbor, Mrs. O’Donnell. He was thrown out of the house, because he was marrying the already married Mrs. O’Donnell. That was when Kendal lived on the streets. He would get hurt, a lot every night. He didn’t even have anything to eat each night. So when Mr. O’Donnell came back from his meeting, Kendal went to tell him what happened.

Kendal lived with Mr. O’Donnell for about six months, and during those six months. Kendal found out he was gay. Mr. O’Donnell didn’t care, so Kendal went on a search, for the right guy. But he quickly found out that that town was not a good place to be gay in. People were around every corner not caring what your sexuality was. They just grabbed you, and the deed was done. So Kendal kept it a secret, and Kendal moved out of Mr. O’Donnell’s house later that month. When he moved out, he found a nice apartment close to his school. He only had a week left until he graduated, so he ended up being close to the school during the summer. When Kendal graduated with a free scholarship to go to a music college, people found out he was gay, and the college didn’t want him. So Kendal began to be a manager for the band, REST IN PIECES, where he fit in.
