overall personality: when spencers in a spiffy mood he is a pretty laid back guy. he likes to be with people at all costs and is a social buttefly. normally, he doesn't give two shits about what people think of him and would rather be known for who he is than who he's not. sometimes he can get really cocky and over confident, but generally speaking, that happens with only a certain few. and it especially happens when he see's a pretty girl. when he does, he's a huge show off and will tell all kinds of stories that were are not really one hundred percent true or stories that bend the truth a lot. he can't help it, it's just who he is. when it comes to romance, he generally has had a few serious ones. but they all ended up in shit because he's got this thing about falling in love. when he's in it he freaks out and starts to get really distant. he just has issues in this department.

when he's in a bad mood though, he generally is a mean mofo. he'll use sarcasm heavily, insult and start stuff. it's not that he's a bad guy, just when he's in a horrible mood he doesn't like to be bothered.

overall history: it was a stormy night when spencer was born. he was the second child out of four, generally he always was a little last on the attention list. but that never bothered him. growing up was pretty nice, he was not insanely rich, but not insanley poor. actually, his whole life he lived right on a lake. and it was really nice when it wasn't storming, seeing as when he was a kid he was afraid that the waves would flood his house and everyone would drown. obviously on a little lake that couldn't really happen, but he was terrified of it.

but then one day, he walked in on his mom with another man. they weren't doing anything, just kissing. but it was enough to scar him mentally. and he was having a dilemma, wondering if he should tell his father about the incident or not. he spent weeks thinking about it, and it actually caused him a slight case of insomnia, which still resides with him today if he doesn't take his meds. but anyways, one day while they were eating breakfast, the guy came over. and it was then that he realized that it was his father's boss that his mom was cheating with. and when his boss declared his love for his mom, spencer's father punched him in the face and slammed the door in there as well. and then his parents spend hours arguing before they filed for divorce. spencer and his siblings stayed with their mom, as their dad just walked out and sent the divorce papers in the mail. spencer still see's him from time to time, but not like he used to.

it was then that he took up a position in the school choir, to get his mind off all the family drama. and that was when he realized that he could really sing. like, not as good as some people in bands, but he was really good. and so he continued it even before he quit college to tour with his band, as they were starting to gain in popularity. and that's where he resides today, mostly with a proud mother, a distant father and some morals that have left through the window.
