overall personality: darrell is.. a trainwreck. he likes to smoke, alot. and he likes to drink even more. he's hospitalised himself plenty a time from excessive alcohol consumption but it hasn't taught him a thing. he started drinking from age 12 and hasn't stopped since. as a kid he stole and vandalised and as an adult he gets hammered, hits people, and still vandalises. he isn't a glamorous celebrity, that's for sure. when you get to know him, he's sarcastic and witty, and he's actually quite a deep person with strong beliefs. when he's drunk it's a different story, but you know. he's not a violent drunk, he's a "i love you. no, no you aren't hearing me. i LOVE you." type drunk who dances and kicks over tables and laughs.

on a bad day on the bus, you'll usually find him shitloads eating ramen, hanging on the couch upside down, whining about his lack of cigarettes or face down on the floor from a killer hangover. on a good day, he's probably playing guitar, singing, dancing to music (and by dancing, i mean thrusting and air guitaring) or outside, jogging around, antagonising fans by jumping over fences and hiding.

overall history: darrell's childhood was anything but pretty. his parents dumped him with his older brother when he was born. his brother is 6 years older than he is, and his parents were drug addicts. ricky raised him as well as he could, until one day a christian couple was walking past the alley where they had been living and took them in and adopted them as their own, as the wife had problems with having children. for darrell's 14th birthday, his adopted mother bought him a guitar and that's when he started singing his own songs. when darrell was 16 he got a part time job at a coffee shop and met a few other guys and girls that were his first real friends.

most of them liked to play and sing music too, so they formed a little band and it took off faster than he imagined. recently they got invited on your and bam. here they are.
