overall personality: overall, jane is a sweetheart when you get to know her. she likes to be nice and kind to everyone. after all, "treat others the way you want to be treated." but she doesn't treat herself very kindly. she's self-conscious, and jane asks her friends if she looks alright, but never believes them. she thinks she's a fat pig, and needs to lose a few pounds. jane is never satisfied with her appearance. the only thing she likes about herself is her hair because it always does what she wants it to do. other than that, it could be lost, in her mind. some of her closest friends think it's because of the whole las vegas thing, compliments that were only fake. that's why she has trusting issues as well. as for jane, it's just herself, and she'll never be satisfied with her appearance, even if she does get real compliments.

she's also a hopeless romantic. jane will fall for any guy that she gets to know, whether he be a good influence or a bad one. she just doesn't want to be left lonely because of her forced past. she may act desperate, but it's only because never had a real guy to love in her life. but since she's gone through that, she's gotten used to falling in love with people quick. jane knows that it's not something that's a good part of her personality (just like everything else about her). she's tried backing away from guys, but they always appear wherever she goes. and whether they're handsome or not, there's always a chance she'll fall in love. quickly.

overall history: she had a pretty optimistic history at the beginning. she had a loving mother and father as well as a little sister, a year later. but her father served in the military, so he wasn't there all that much. while he was off serving in the army, her mother took the family to go to las vegas. at the time, jane was only about ten years of age. her mother met someone and the family had to come to las vegas every year. jane had no idea what was happening to her mother or what she was doing. she spent all day and night with her little sister in the hotel room, either doing homework or playing with barbies.

then, when she was fourteen, she wanted to become a supermodel. jane wanted to show the world that you can be average to be a model. she attended a school in las vegas to start her career. but, sadly, her teachers thought she was too obese, too short, and too ugly to be a model. a girl was crushed by her dreams. she became self-conscious, but she never did continue on with the school. jane knew you couldn't fix ugly, even with plastic surgery. so, she came on tour to become a photographer. she hoped she wouldn't be critisized in this business.
