----- It was one of those summer days where you counted the minutes until nightfall, in hopes the moon would bring colder weather. The air warm and muggy, the sun threatened to burn anyone who dared decided to walk outside without sunblock. The girls were seen walking around in only shorts and a tank top, while the boys decided to wear just pants. It'd be stupid if anyone were to wear anything more, daring themselves to go outdoors in thicker clothing, having a higher chance of getting a heat stroke. Especially the California weather. The water was warm, so there'd been no point to go to the beach in hopes that the water would cool you down. Was Ella much of a warm weather kind of gal? Ocasionally, yes, she was. She prefered warmer weather over the cold winter weather, but on days like these, she wished she could at least get a preview of fall. She was kind of really picky when it came to the weather. She never liked winter, because there was snow everywhere, and in summer it was so hot you couldn't wear a whole lot. But she had a reasonable point of view on the whole weather ordeal. But she wished it could at least have a bit of rain, or for clouds to linger over head and block the sun from heating the place up. Ella was smart enough to have brought a whole lot of summer clothing. Well, she hadn't originally, but recently she had sat down and took a pair of scissors to pants that looked odd, turning them into shorts. She had taken all sorts of loose T-shirts, cutting them into loose tank tops. She enjoyed cutting up clothing, making them work how she wanted them to. She had a tendency to go to second-hand stores, search for clothes that looked like she could make it work with something, then cut them up. Even when the weather was colder. She wore a burnt grey tank top, that looked far too big for her petite body. Ella refused to be a victim of the high temperature that seemed to be lingering inside the tour bus, no sight of a fan anywhere on the bus. She decided it was a day to take a stroll, her and her water bottle. She took off out of the bus, blue eyes hidden behind black tinted sunglasses, shielding her eyes from the sun. She hadn't taken the time yet to check out the current area, although the rest of her band mates took no hesitations when it came to exploring the new town. Lately, Ella just hadn't felt up to exploring, the heat getting to her. She was the kind of girl who would rather sit beside the AC, then go under the sun and be even more heat. With all this warm weather, even the shows were getting harder. The sun would beat down on you, trying to knock you out, or something. The crowd would be moving at the pace of your music, and you could pretty much feel all of their body heat radiating off them, making it even hotter. And the way you had to move around the stage and give the fans a real performence, it really knocked a person out. Ella wandered the California town, taking in the sights and shops, the people and the way they carried themselves as they walked down the street. Ella was quite observant like that. She loved to watch the way people gave looks, and she'd mentally judge them, assuming what their personality was just by the glances, the way they talked, and the way they walked. It was just something to pass the time really. And it was really interesting, since they were in a new town every so often, which meant new faces to examine, and new ways. Ella walked to the park, having taken awhile to get there, obviously unfamiliar with the area. The park was a nice place to be, and sure, since it was summer, their were kids walking around, but whatever. She walked inside the park, eyes in search of somewhere she could claim as her own for the moment being. Her eyes fell on a vacant swing set, and she glanced around, making sure no one was approaching it as she was. She sat down, setting her water bottle at her side, and she barely swung back and forth, leaning her head against the chain that supported the seat.

stop there and let me correct it , i wanna live a life from a new perspective While jayce was out exploring the town he could not help but notice that heat was bad for him. it made him cranky, and when jayce was cranky everyone generally got the shit beat out of them. mostly of the time it was verbally, but there would be times where he would lay a finger on someone. and he did not mean to get mad, but being miserable was never fun without someone else being miserable with him. but anyways, it was pretty hot outside, which was expected seeing as it was july instead of june now. and spring weather had pretty much passed when may went away it seemed. this made the pale boy sigh and stare at the ground, watching as the rubber on the bottom on his shoes hit the pavement without really making a noise. it was crazy how it could do that, but he was not that fascinated with him. biting on his bottom lip for a second he continued to prowl through the new city, wondering if it was going to be like every other big city in this country or if it would be different. he did not know, he was kind of hard to impress really it seemed.
Now that some time had passed he had gotten more used to the heat, which was a good thing as his grumpiness was started to fade away. at least for now, he knew that it would probably come back later but bah, whatever. he would deal with it when it did. so the boy slapped a smile on his face and continued to walk through stores and stuff to see what they had. he was probably worse than a girl right now but that did not matter. but right now he was kind of hungry, so there was going to be a slight pit stop before he continued exploring. He was not sure why he was in the mood do go out and prowl around but whatever. he was and that’s all that mattered right? and maybe it meant that he would be in a better mood for when he actually saw ella. He did feel bad about what he was doing but it was like, once he started he couldn’t stop.
Pushing those thoughts out of his mind he stopped at a store to get something to drink. hm, it was a tough choice between pepsi or coke, but in the end he went with pepsi. Coke just sort of tasted really weird to him for some reason. and diet coke was way to fizzy for him to even think about drinking. But as he pushed the bottle to his forehead before drinking it really felt nice. he should have stayed on his bus where the air conditioning was blasting at full blast and there was plenty to do, like watching television or catching up on his sleep. and then, as he began to think about it, how the hell was he going to know his way back? sure, he could get there eventually, but what if it was past midnight? That would suck, seeing as it just would. so he kept walking, picking up the pace so that he could hurry and also now watching little things so he could identify them later. he had never been one with a sense of direction, so he had a feeling that this was going ot turn out really bad.
But now he found himself at a park. and it was a pretty nice park he guessed, seeing as there was not graffiti all over and that was probably a good thing. he did not know why, but it seemed that every park in the world had something big and spray painted all over the place. and actually, not that he was getting closer he saw a familiar face sitting there and he smiled. well, he had not been expecting to see ella here but hey, what a nice surprise! so he walked over and put his hands over her eyes. “guess who.”
he asked, still keeping his hands over her eyes. hopefully she wouldn’t think he was some crazy stalker and punch him in the face. then things would get really bad. but, he did not think she would do that. he figured that she could tell his voice from someone who she had never met before. but then again, maybe not. he would just have to wait and find out now wouldn’t he? ----- Ella dug her foot deep into the sand below the swing. She kicked at it, keeping her mind occupied as she watched the bits of sand fling over on to the grass. Her eyes lifted, no long amused by the pathetic excuse as entertainment, and looked around the park. Mothers were there with their children, and you got the usual, larger American woman who would sit herself at the bench while she chatted up a storm with the other mothers. They barely paid notice to their children, who were up to nogood whenever their mother's weren't looking. Kids, in Ella's eyes, were all mischevious. They were only like that these days because the mothers around the area would often give their child whatever they wished, and if they didn't, the kid would get revenge. It was as if the words hard and work were slowly becoming extinct these days, it was sad, really. Ella continued her scanning, watchig as various dogs played with their owners, trying to keep their full attention while the owner tried to keep up with the furry animal. Old men sat at a far off bench by the lake while they read their newspaper, giving perverted glances over the top while a young female would jog by. It was disgusting, really, they were passed their time to be active, and doing those types of things, and it disgusted Ella that they'd even think of continuing to be perverted males. It was one of the many reasons Ella didn't want to grow old. You grew up and it was as if you were no longer allowed to love anymore. And Ella imagined that when she was older, she would have absolutely no interest in the wrinkled man that sat across her while she played bingo in the senior home, the man who would go on about the old days, and his fake teeth would continously fall out, leaving drool marks on his shirt. Ella shivered at the thought. Was that really what life always planned to do with people? Let them live their life, and not let it finish off with a big bang? Many times she had considered allowing herself grow old, maybe raising a family, and dying at an old age. Maybe she could be one of those awesome grandmothers that did everything she wanted and got away with it because she was awesome. She highly doubted it, but the thought was nice. Broken backs, liquid foods and walkers. It all scared her, really. She wanted to be remembered as young and beautiful, nor old and haggish. Ella was preparing to push herself into a full swing, until she lightly bumped into someone behind her, who'd put their hands over her eyes. She jumped slightly, not the kind to ever expect surprises. She prefered to know what was comic next, it was a part of the whole observing thing. But when things came out of nowhere, it would throw her off. But when the hands over her eyes were followed up by a voice, she instantly did not know how to feel. Of course sue knew who it was. It was Jayce, her boyfriend. She was supposed to feel happy and comfortable with his prescense, but currently, she did not know. But his voice didn't sound bothered or angry, so she was relived, slipping her thin fingers over his hands and holding on to his hands. " Umm... " she began, pretending to have to really think about it. " The cookie monster? " she gave that a go, giggling softly at her sad attempt of pretending it wasn't him. She gently pulled the hands from her eyes. " Hey. " she greeted the singer, half turning in her swing to have a better look of him. He was handsome, she could say that, with his black hair, and gorgeous smile. It was no surprise that he had fans, and sure it some days made her feel insecure, and stuff, but if she were any other girl, she'd probably want a piece of him, too. Well, the piece of him that not a whole lot of fans were aware about. Ella pushed the thought from her mind instantly, continuing to smile.

stop there and let me correct it , i wanna live a life from a new perspective Jayce was glad that he took that walk around town now. well, besides from the obvious redness of the face and possibly his forearms. The rest was all fine and dandy though, seeing as they were covered by clothes. And the fresh air probably would do him a world of good, seeing as he’d been a little on the edgy side the past few days. Taking in a deep breath through his nose he let it out via his mouth, which was actually pretty strange, and did that a few times. It really helped him clear his head though, so that was also a plus. Then he let out an unexpected yawn, not really knowing where it came from. He should not be tired, he got tons of sleep the past few days so what the hell?
But now the black haired boy moved the strands that were poking his eyeballs from his face so that he could see. Besides, he wanted to be able to see where he was going. He kind of found eyesight important, especially since he was not blind and all. So yeah, seeing was crucial to him. but really, what had attracted him to this playground? It’s not like it was really his thing you know? Childish toys like this were somewhat of a drag if you asked him, so what the hell? But seeing ella there just made him feel happy. And he was not sure why exactly. Not that he was complaining or anything because he hated feeling low, but still. It was a nice sight really. Sort of like, the perfect couple sort of thing, even though he had some issues and behind the scenes to kink out but eh, that could wait. Maybe anger management, although he really did not see himself going and sticking to it. but then again, life was full of surprises.
At first he smirked at her answer, glad that she did not mistake him for some sort of stalker or something. “well then, I guess I’ll steal all your cookies and hide them in my closet.”
he replied before she took his hands and moved them from her eyes. Then he smiled, now staring at her pretty face. He was probably lucky to have such a pretty girl be with him, especially after all the shit that he pulled. And sure he cared, but maybe she shouldn’t have instigated it. eh whatever, he pushed those negative thoughts from his brain and continued to smile at her. he promised to himself that he would not get mean. The last few times he did it had gotten pretty bad, and he did not want her to leave him, he would probably kill himself. Yeah, isn’t that comforting? And he has probably threatened it during a fight a zillion times but you know, he was not sure if he could do it. but then he moved so that he was leaning against the side of the swing, his hands in his pockets now. “hey.” he replied back, the smile now turned into a half sort of grin kind of thing. Like, one of those smiles that people get when they’re remembering the good old days. “what’s cooking good looking?” he asked her, now sitting down on the woodchips that sort of hurt his butt. He really hated these things, they were useless. why not just put something better here? Maybe some dirt or grass or something. Every time he used to walk through a playground / park kind of thing without shoes they would always stab him and give him splinters. And then that was a whole nother nightmare on its own. But, you know, whatever. if he ever got to choose, he would vote that these little demons in wood form would be put of their misery, seriously. Now he bit his bottom lip, unsure of what to do. He did not want to give her the wrong idea, seeing as sometimes she got skittish around him. that was not supposed to be how a relationship was, but eh, he did not make it generally easy on the poor girl. And it sucked for her, and he did not mean to be mean, but you know, hormones and all. Sometimes all he saw was red and when she was just there, she generally got it taken out on. and he felt sorry, so he was going to be super nice from now on to make it up to her. she deserved it.
