Desperate times call for desperate measures, and this was a pretty desperate time. The entire time Dance in the Dark had been at this venue Riley had been tied up with her managerial duties, gag. This, unfortunately, had given her no time to find a drug hookup. Remember, the girl came all the way from England and knew pretty much no one in America except for the people she had so far met on tour. Usually she found some time to scout out the area and figure out where the best drugs were hidden, but things had gotten in the way this time and now Riley was just about ready to rip handfuls of her hair out.
While pacing back and forth between two tour buses an idea popped into her head, the kind of idea where she was surprised a light bulb hadn't popped out of the top of her head like in cartoons. Cigarette firmly planted between her bright red colored lips she took off in the direction of the first aid tents, her mind reeling with ideas about how, exactly, she was suppose to pull of this grand idea of hers. Reaching on top of her head she pulled down her over sized sunglasses and placed them on her face just as she dodged behind a merch tent that had a perfect view of the first aid tents.
Riley knew for a fact that the tends contained painkillers, encase some band person fucked themselves up but refused to cancel their show. It was common protocol to pump someone full with painkillers and send them on stage if they had some sort of injury. Riley, on the other hand, wasn't injured and she couldn't say one of her guys needed the pills 'cause those damn medics would demand to see the guy. "Fuck..." She muttered, leaning against the tent she was hiding behind and taking a long drag off her cigarette, which she blew out of her nose.
After a few moments of thinking she crept out from her spot and decided to glance into the tents and see which one was the most empty. She didn't have to creep for long, though, because the very first tent she was going to look into had a sign on it that read 'OUT TO LUNCH, BACK AT 3', and was zipped shut. Grinning, Riley looked at her phone and noted that it would be 3 o'clock in about half an hour. Laughing out loud because of her incredible luck, she quickly unzipped the tent and slipped inside, hoping she did it without being seen.
She resisted the urge to start rummaging through boxes and waited one minute to see if anyone would barge into the tent after her. Satisfied that no one would she lit up another cigarette and strolled over to a case that contained medical supplies. The first was was filled with disinfectant, the next with gaze, and the last was filled with prescription bottle. Most of the prescriptions were for people on tour who had medical problems, but on the button shelf was a bottle of OxyContin. Sending up a silent prayer to whatever the hell was out there she reached for the bottle. Right off the bat she popped four pills into her mouth, swallowing without any water. Next she poured out a good amount in the palm of her hand and set to work attempting to stuff the goods into the back pockets of her skinny jeans, a wild grin on her sun glass covered face.

- - - - - - - - - - - -Glancing down at her flashing cell phone, Fay smiled. It was a text from one of her friends that she lost contact with once she joined (S)aint. Particularly, it was someone that she used to have a crush with when she was young and naive. Of course, the boy never took notice to her back then, but she lived. One thing that didn't bother her in the slightest was not having a boyfriend. From past experiences, it was never worth the time and effort. The route of free, lustful sinning was better for her. Fay hesitated on text him back, wondering if she should actually talk to him now. It was more than obvious he was talking to her now because she was becoming more famous. A smirk flashed across her face as she shamelessly placed her phone back into the pocket of her skinny jeans. He could wait.
Destination unknown, Fay liked to walk around the tour grounds in each city. It was a new experience that seemed to make her minutes of waiting more interesting. In between concerts, she would even talk with other members of bands that she didn't know so well. Always the optimist, meeting new faces was just her ideal way to pass time. So, with that in mind, she wandered around a few of the buses searching for someone that she had yet to meet. Out of the corner of her eye, Felicity spotted a figure walking around not far from where she stood, as if she was on a mission. Intrigued, the blonde turned and started to trail the person from a distance trying to appear nonchalant. It was harder than it looked because of the slight vacancy to the area.
When the first-aid tents came into view and the figure she was following snuck between the door flaps, Fay paused. As the person looked around, seemingly making sure that no one was around, she hid behind the light post a few feet to her left. Waiting a few seconds before she glanced back toward the tent, Fay wondered if she should follow her in. A mischevious light in her eyes, the blonde walked in a normal stride to the white structure before slipping in as quietly as she could.
Now close up the person, she realized that it was a girl about her age. Pushing stray strands of hair from her face, Felicity felt herself feel quite surprised. From the sign on the outside of the cloth flaps, it said the faculty was gone. So, what was this woman in here for? Noticing the brunette stuff pills into the back pockets of her jeans, Fay realized that the girl was stealing something out of the inventory. Fay let out a small cough, letting the person know that she was there before speaking. "Did you know stealing is a crime?" Riley was so occupied by trying to put the small pills in her tight pocket that she didn't even register the soft cough. She heard it, it's hard not to hear someone who is standing right behind you, but she really just didn't register what was happening because she was so absorbed in her stealing. When someone spoke behind her, though, she nearly jumped out of her skin. With a string of curses she quickly spun to face whoever had entered the tent behind her, so startled that the pills she had been so intent upon stealing fell out of her hand and landed on ground.
Her gaze flickered up and down the person, her tense shoulders relaxing when she realized the girl in front of her didn't have any sort of medic staff identification on. That meant there was a good chance that she wasn't part of the staff, which meant Riley would still be safe unless this girl was a snitch. "What, gonna tell on me love?" She questioned, arching an eyebrow as she glanced down at the ground to frown at the pills laying on the floor. Who knew what type of body fluid was on the dirt covered ground of the first aid tent. Oh no, she wasn't yet to the point of addiction where she would pick those pills back up.
Sighing over her lost pills, Riley quickly decided that it was this girls fault. If she hadn't appeared out of no where she'd probably already be out of her, devouring her OxyContin and becoming blissfully unaware of everything. Her frustration rising, the frown stayed fixed on her face as she tried to place the girl's face. Riley had seen her around before, was pretty sure she was in one of the bands, but she just wasn't too sure which one. "What the bloody hell are you doing here anyway? Tent is closed, sweetie. Go get a band aid somewhere else."
Riley growled as she turned her attention back the the pill bottle, reopening it and taking out a few more. There wasn't much left, but she made sure to leave at least one in the bottle as she continued her stealing temporarily ignoring the other female. tag(s): felicity. credit: grace @ caution 2.0lyrics: is it progression if a cannibal uses a fork? by chiodos outfit: THISword count: 372 comments: ah, i don't mind at all. :3 [/blockquote][/blockquote]

- - - - - - - - - - - -Telling by the way she jumped into the air after she spoke, the woman wasn't too prepared for someone to come into the tent. That didn't matter to much to Fay, what caught her eyes were the pills that spilled from her hand onto the dirty ground below. A disgusted look on her face, she hoped that this girl wasn't desprate enough to take those as well. Who knew what kinds of filth was on the floor. Since Fay wasn't very good at telling drugs apart, she had no idea what they were in the first place. However, she'd been around druggies before to know that they went after the hard stuff. Judging by how secretly she getting her stash, it was probably something she was willing to take the chance for. It was beyond Felicity's comprehension why someone would do that to themselves.
Alcohol was something she was used to. People that were alcoholics were tolerable. When hard drugs were put into the mix, Fay made sure to stay away. From experience, old friends of her got attached to that kind of addiction and it ruined their relationship quickly. One guy tried to make a pass at her while high and when she rejected him, he beat the shit out of her. So from then on she didn't trust people when they were under the influence of drugs.
Felicity felt her mouth twitch up word at the question the girl asked. If anything, she wasn't a snitch. When the healthcare staff came in and saw some of the pills gone, she wasn't going to be apart of it. "Depends..." the blonde said, taking a pause before continuing on. "Would you use me as a cover if you get caught?" The trouble that this girl gets into is not her problem, but if she tries to place the blame on her for it, Felicity would definately have a very BIG issue with this girl. Who's to say she even has a right mind in the first place? Fay looked away, realizing she was judging the lady before she knew her. It irked the blonde to be so pessimistic about things. She prided herself on being optimistic during situations.
Frowning with confusion, Felicity waited until she was back to her pill stealing before she answered. "Curiousity." Somehow between the minute she was actually in contact with this girl, the brunette had gotten offended. "You drew more attention to yourself than you think." Folding her arms across her chest, she glanced back at the flaps of the entrance. Sooner than later the workers would be back from their lunch break and it would be bad if she was here too late. "Do you always act this rebellious, Miss Pill Thief?" [/blockquote] - - - - - - - - - - - - TAG Riley WORDS 458 NOTES Yay! :] TUNES heaven help us , my chemical romance. The unknown blonds first question caught Riley slightly off guard. She'd really been too occupied with her stealing to realize that she would have to be speedy with this since there was no way of knowing when the medical staff would be back from lunch. What would she do if they caught her? Feeling herself getting more and more paranoid she found herself once again facing the girl, but this time her eyes were glued to the tent flap. Maybe it was the pills she had taken minutes earlier kicking in, but her pulse began to speed up and she became convinced that the staff would come in the tent at any moment.
Slamming the bottle down, she silently decided that she had enough stuff to get her through the day. The last thing she wanted was to get caught, lose her job, and get kicked off the tour. Not even drugs were more important that music, but they were a very close second. "I wouldn't pin it on you, I'm not that big of a jerk." Riley stated as she patted her pockets, making sure she had left no evidence of herself in the tent besides the spilled pills. If they saw those they would know someone had been in here, but there was no way they'd be able to say it had been Riley who had done it. Her drug addiction was common knowledge, but with no evidence there was no way she could get in trouble.
"It's Riley Love, not pill thief." She stated, looking at the girl but slowly walking towards the tent flap. She paused for a second, staring at the girl. She was so blissfully innocent it was almost not fair. How come Riley had to be all fucked up when everyone else got to be so... normal? Life had never been fair to her, and that caused her angry to spark a bit. "To be honest, this is probably one of my lesser rebellious acts."
She informed the blond, a wicked grin covering her face as she lowered her sunglasses over her eyes. It was the truth since stealing pills was rather tame for her compared to some of the other things she had done for drugs, such as sleeping with people, pickpocketing, and breaking into houses. "What's the worst thing you've done, told your mommy to shut up?" Riley questioned, tilting her head to the side and arching an eyebrow. For the moment she had forgotten about the fact that she was on a time limit and was now focusing her attention on provoking this nosy little girl.
