overall personality: there's no doubt that alex is an outgoing guy. he's an extrovert, and he's not afraid to be friendly towards others. he likes to put a warm smile on his face and introduce himself. then, maybe he'll start talking about his love for vanilla ice cream or something completely random to break the ice and awkwardness from him erratically introducing himself. he likes to make friends with others, and just be a friendly, caring person. after all, he was taught to be a nice gentleman like himself. he's not rude; he won't interupt you when you're talking or bully you. he'll listen to your problems, and he'll try to give good advice if you have an issue. alex is considerate and humble. rather than clapping for his own accomplishments, he'd rather clap for others' success. he's always been pessimistic about himself, too. he either thinks he's ugly or he should've stayed in school. so, he wants to cheer other people up with enthusiasm and encouragement. maybe alex will get you som ice cream afterwards. he's quite polite and charming, too. alex is delightful to be around once he's your friend. he likes to have fun with his friends and pick on them. teasing is his specialty with his friends, but it's friendly teasing. really, he's not a bully, teasing everybody for having ugly hair or whatever. he's not like that. he's also quite the cheesy flirt. if you're a girl, and his friend, alex will hit on you, but in a cheesy fashion. he can't really think of any good lines to flirt with. of course, if his friend has a boyfriend, he'll back off, but he'll still tease. alex doesn't flirt on random bystanders or fans; just if he knows you and you're his friend. he's not creepy like that. but yeah. even though he flirts, it doesn't mean that he'll go father than that. he's waiting for "the one" to take his virginity away. no random encounter for him.

overall history: alex was born and grew up in indiana, with a insane mother and a hardworking dad. while his father went off on business trips and stuff, and making money for the family, his mother stayed at home, watching him. he was the only child until his first little sister came along. then, everything changed. alex's father continued on business trips, but his mother start smoking. eventually, she started smoking, too. stress had taken over her, and drinking and smoking was something to fulfill her emptiness she felt. five-year-old alex wondered what was happening to his mother, but he kept his emotions and questions to himself. he saw her drinking and smoking. and he remembers it all now. this continued on until winnie was going to come along. then, she continued again.

until then, alex got interested in music. guitar, particularly. he was in to learning how to play the guitar. knowing that his mother wouldn't let him take guitar lessons. so, how would he eventually play the rhythm guitar? luckily, his father came back with a rhythm guitar for alex, calling him to know what he was interested in and what he wanted. he played with the instrument until he started making music with his guitar. he taught himself how to play, watching the guitarists of bands on television play their instruments. alex learned and practiced. he eventually was able to play songs on the guitar. when he graduated from high school, he decided not to go to college and, instead, join a band on a tour. he knew it wasn't the best option, but it's what he wanted to do as a living, doing what he loves.
