when we drink we do it right getting slizzard
[/color] she said, her voice sweet as she eyed the bar tender up and down. She loved when there were men working the bar, because she got to check the guys out. When she received her drink, Agnus sipped at it, turning on the stool so she could scope out some guys; ah, the life of a girl was great.
The night was a great thing, with the breeze blowing her softly curled hair around as she walked down the street, high heels making small clicking noises against the asphalt as Agnus, a petite blonde with sun-kissed skin, walked toward the bar. She was twenty-one, not of legal age to be entering a bar. However, with her hair perfectly pinned and makeup done with a steady hand, she figured she could pass. But, there was also her lucky fake ID, which she carried with her at many times, so as to not get into any trouble. The lucky thing about it was that she had her own picture on it, because when a person knows the right people, it's remarkable the types of things that they can receive!
Skip to a few hours before, and Agnus would be seen sitting at a table, under a tent, with merchandise for Bat Country surrounding her. She spent most of her days sitting at that table, mostly having it placed in different spots when at different locations, staring across at Zackary, the merch guy for Kickstart My Heart, making strange faces at him and flipping him a bird as a joke here and there. They were in a merchandise war, seeing who could sell the most in a day. If she were judging, Agnus would say that she was beating him by a landslide, but it was probably about the same amount. After all, some days she sold more, and others he did. So, in the end, it was fairly evened out.
Anyway, she had finally got away from the booth, making her way back to the bus where she was residing on currently. Removing the hair elastic from her hair, Agnus had gone to the washroom to tidy up, which basically meant showering and all that sort of stuff. So, she stripped from the short denim shorts she was wearing, and the low-cut tank top that was very stereotypical of girls to wear on tours, and all that other jazz and stepped into a cold shower. Agnus loved taking cold showers; they made her feel refreshed and cleansed. Smiling some, she finished up her shower, stepping out and wrapping herself in a towel. Once dry, Agnus slipped into her undergarments, before putting on a short, floral patterned dress.
She dried her hair, leaving it in its natural state, which was a rather nice type of wavy. Her makeup was done in a soft pink tone, and she applied her mascara carefully. When she was done, she looked at herself in the mirror, rather pleased with the outcome of her work. Then, Agnus left the washroom, turning off the light as she left. Going to where her stuff was kept, Agnus searched for her heels. She picked out a pair of black ones; they almost looked like boots, but they had buckles. Well, actually, they reminded her of the Wizard of Oz, which was why she had bought them, but anyway. She put them on her feet, gaining an extra five inches in height, before she placed a hat on her head, grabbed her bag, swiped some clear gloss on her lips, and walked out the door and into the cool night air.
Cut back to her being outside of the bar, flashing her ID before giving the bouncer a smile and a wink, making her way into the bar. She had a thing for vodka and anything sweet; or anything that could be combined with a diet coke. Agnus made her way to the bar, sitting on one of the stools, and placing her hands on the table top. Agnus thought about what she wanted to drink, before she just decided to start on something simple; something cliché. "Rum and coke,"
